I’ve been thinking about a toroidal world for literally decades, on and off.
(This is a magic planet for fantasy based role playing games, so I don’t really care too much about real physics or gravity. Anything that doesn’t fit physics “just works” because it’s magic).
I have notebooks full of maps and diagrams, trying to work out how to map it (possibly two equators, no singular north and south poles), how the cycle of day and night; and seasons; would work. What would the view be like from the “inside” of the donut hole? Is it better to rotate “horizontally” around the centre of the donut hole (I think so) or “vertically” around a north and South Pole on the planet?
Maybe the universe could be like a foam, with each planet being a bubble with a star at the centre. Sometimes there could be conjoined bubbles — two or more bubbles joined together with stars at the centre of each one. Travel between planets (bubbles) could be by flying your spaceship “down” through lava tubes or similar that join the bubbles. I’m imagining a universe that might look like one of these:
If you like Harold Budd, then you might like Jon Hassell, maybe? I’m thinking of albums like Aka Darbari Java or Dream Theory in Malaya, there are many more with a similar sound.
See a doctor, it could be any number of conditions.
I’ll mention multiple myeloma only because I have myeloma, and although I had long-bone pain and lytic lesions, I was lucky that I didn’t have back pain.
More than forty years ago, “product” was used at school to mean multiplication. ie, “What is the product of 35 and 41?”
Maybe education systems in different countries used different terms over the years?

The coyote from Road Runner. He comes up with plans, some simple, some complex, and they always fail to work. Oh wait…
There is a good variety of dark ambient music at Cryochamber on Bandcamp.

Go running up to the car, open the door and ask “are you ok mate?”. When they say yes, grab the back of their neck and slam their head into the steering wheel several times. “What about now?”
“You have to want to be better”.
Q: How many psychologists does it take to change a light globe?
A: Only one, but the light globe has to want to change.
